Ikon Builders is a second-generation family business. Established in Orange County in 1978, Jim “JC” Cuthbertson set out to provide exceptional residential and commercial construction services, as well as premium retail finish carpentry.

After years of working in the family business, his son, Phil “James” Cuthbertson, graduated with a B.S. degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Strategic Management. He has helped influence and grow the company with the addition of insurance restoration services.

We provide services in Orange County and surrounding communities and are a licensed general contractor. We offer comprehensive insurance restoration services including water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, mold remediation, emergency board up, and construction services.
